Parents and Grandparents Super Visa Reforms

IRCC has just announced major reforms to the
Parents and Grandparents Super Visa!!!

The maximum stay for Super Visa holders in Canada
will be extended to five years per entrance.
People with a Super Visa can request an extension of
their stay in Canada for up to two years. This implies
that existing Super Visa holders can now stay in Canada
for seven years in a row.
In the future, Canada’s Immigration Minister will be
able to appoint overseas medical insurance providers
to offer coverage to Super Visa applicants.
